He is passionate about marrying his technical and business background to identify the business benefits of an improved identity program to his customer's organization and helps articulate the impact with quantified support. Leveraging his 18+ years of background spanning Enterprise Software / Cloud sales, management consulting, and systems engineering, he looks at opportunities and problems through several lenses and works as a trusted advisor to help customers make informed decisions. Vikas has an MBA from the University of Texas, an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Boston University, and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Houston.
Michael is a Principal Tech Enablement Architect at Ping Identity. A 20+ year software development veteran, working in technology, publishing, and primarily healthcare industries as a principal and analyst, Michael's interest in cybersecurity brought a focus on application security and architecture into his daily work and the team's he's led. All of which eventually led to his move to work at Ping Identity in the Technical Enablement team developing live demo applications demonstrative of Ping integrations with a focus on best practices, quality, and security.
