Mark brings 15+ years of experience in software and SaaS development, including 5 years in product management at Ping Identity. He was previously lead product manager for PingOne for Enterprise, Ping Identity’s first workforce and partner identity and access management platform. Now, as Director of Product Management, he leads the Identity Services capability group with responsibility for SaaS and software directory and provisioning capabilities. Based in Vancouver, Canada, Mark holds a BASc in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University.
