As Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) at Ping Identity Kari works with extraordinary Identians at every level to create a more inclusive culture that fosters a place of belonging for all.
Using a holistic approach, Kari partners with leadership to create strategy and action that include accountability, delivering learning, resources and tools to build competencies and knowledge, and also leads policy and program process improvements that support inclusion. Kari has the honor of working with empowered Identians who lead our Employee Resource Groups, employee-led groups who foster community, networking and mentoring while also supporting our broader DEI initiatives.
