Ping Identity Files Registration Statement for Proposed IPO

DENVER—August 23, 2019—Ping Identity Holding Corp. (“Ping Identity”) today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Ping Identity intends to list its common stock on The Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "PING."

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch, RBC Capital Markets and Citigroup will act as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering, and Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities will act as book-running managers for the proposed offering.
