Download and extract the product distribution ZIP file to the desired location on a Linux-based server and configure the system service for PingFederate manually.
If the source of the previous installation is the PingFederate product distribution ZIP file, download and extract the product distribution ZIP file to the desired location on your server, use the Upgrade Utility to upgrade, and re-configure the system service for PingFederate manually.
Maintenance Update
Maintenance updates are not available for initial feature releases.
PingFederate Server Add-ons
These add-ons require the installation of PingFederate to operate. To download an add on, you must have an active license and be signed on to the Ping Identity website with the email address used to obtain the license. If you are not already signed on, you will be asked to do so when you select any add-on below. Additionally, deprecated add-ons are available for customers with existing solutions using such integrations. It is worth noting that deprecated add-ons no longer receive maintenance updates and are scheduled for end of support.
